National Top Talent HEC Scholarships Program – 75 Scholarships for Pakistani Students. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has announced 75 scholarships for Pakistani students to pursue master’s (MS) and PhD degrees at the world’s top 25 ranked universities. The scholarships are part of the 75th Celebration of Independence Day of Pakistan Scholarship Program, which was launched by the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan in 2023. The deadline to apply for the scholarships is September 30, 2023.
National Top Talent HEC Scholarships Program Eligibility
The scholarships are open to Pakistani and Azad Kashmir nationals who have been admitted to a master’s or PhD program at one of the universities on the HEC’s list of approved institutions. Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in their undergraduate studies, and they must not have any second divisions in their academic record.
